Ceiling fastening trusses and pipes

Note: The ceiling mounts offered here are a standardized variant made of 2mm aluminum square tubes.
The ceiling mount is available on request in different variants and options:

• Steel or stainless steel construction for increased tensile load and torsional rigidity
• Specific lengths of the ceiling bracket
• Powder coating in common RAL colours
• Coupler freely selectable
• Adapter plate for attachment to the ceiling can be adjusted in shape. On request, this is plasma-cut or milled from mild steel and welded directly to the hanging tube.

With our experience, we advise you on the implementation of your installation of pipes and trusses on ceilings and walls.

The bracket is used to suspend pipes and trusses on solids. The entire bracket is made of metal parts and is designed for a maximum load of a single bracket up to 100Kg. We recommend mounting a bracket for every one meter of pipe suspension.

The brackets have also proven themselves for suspensions by acoustic ceilings and plasterboard. For this purpose, we offer special indication aids, spacer rings to the plasterboard ceiling and veneers of the interface.

The adapter plate made of 4mm steel (black powder-coated) can be attached to walls, ceilings (possibly also plasterboard) or aluminium profiles. The extension tube for suspension can be pre-selected in the dimensions 40cm, 70cm, 100cm (rigid length) or 55cm-95cm, 97cm-129cm (variable length with guide tube). Custom-made products are possible at no extra charge, please contact us for this. The length of the bracket results from the underside of the adapter plate to the beginning of the truss tube.

The couplers are available in the standard sizes 35mm, 50mm, 60mm.
